Human Resources Manager 

TeleTrader d.o.o. is part of TeleTrader Software Group, a software company specialized in stock market data and financial analysis, offering a broad portfolio of tools for the processing, visualization and analysis of stock market data. As a global company, active on the international market and headquartered in Vienna, Austria, TeleTrader develops its software in Belgrade, while selling its products globally across Europe, North America, and Asia.
TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its Human Resources department: 
Human Resources Manager


Internally, you will help us build a positive work environment where our employees will feel motivated, satisfied and comfortable to deliver cutting edge products and provide outstanding service to our clients. Externally, you will use your superb soft skills to search and find the top talent to join our development teams. 


  • Coordinating a small HR team on further improving the corporate HR strategy and processes 
  • Managing activities related to increasing employee motivation and workplace satisfaction as well as handling interpersonal relationships and culture in the company 
  • Responsible for headhunting activities (searching for prospects through portfolio sites like LinkedIn, networking at career events, sourcing potential candidates on social media, etc…) 
  • Ensuring that open positions are visible through various HR sourcing channels (internal and external career sites, portfolio sites, social media, recruitment events, job fairs, etc.)
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Regular reporting to the management (e.g. headcount and various HR statistics) 
  • Maintaining the corporate labor acts (e.g. workplace systematization, job descriptions, company’s rulebook…) and ensuring legal compliance with state requirements
  • Organizing internal HR projects (e.g. satisfaction surveys, company identity events and similar) 


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations (preferably in an international software company)
  • Hands-on experience with various HR sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases, portfolio sites)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (e.g. “cold calls”, recruiting emails)
  • University degree in social sciences (preferably in Psychology or similar) 
  • Dynamic, charismatic, creative, and organized person
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
