TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy:
Head of Finance and Accounting
Main Tasks:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Development and implementation of internal financial and accounting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
- Implement the Employer's policies in the areas of finance, accounting, and tax policy.
- Prepare and oversee all tax returns, including VAT.
- Prepare the final account and tax balance.
- Oversee and monitor the calculation of employee salaries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting and finance
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of working with the PSIT accounting software is an advantage
