TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its Customer Support Department:

Customer Support Specialist

Main Tasks: 

  • Act as the primary product and support specialist for our market data terminal.
  • Address and resolve customer queries through support tickets and phone calls.
  • Create and conduct product training sessions to educate customers.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to improve features and processes.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, ensuring customers receive effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and compliance within SLA commitments.

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer and team oriented
  • Ability to remain steady under pressure with a constructive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Fluency in English
  • German language skills are a plus.
